About the event
Flamingotism presents CHURCH at The Beach on Bourbon.
Every Wednesday night, Flamingotism takes over the decks at The Beach on Bourbon for a long-format live performance built around four-deck mixing, live DJ mashups, effects, transitions and music created in the moment.
This isn’t a pre-planned playlist or a rehearsed set.
Using four decks as an instrument, Flamingotism moves through house, EDM, hip-hop, dubstep, trap, throwbacks and unexpected sounds from across generations — layering tracks, vocals, rhythms and harmonics together live to create combinations that may never happen exactly the same way again.
And because the entire night is one continuous performance, the music gets to breathe. We read the room, build the energy, pull it back when it needs space and ride the wave wherever the night takes us.
Every Wednesday | 6 PM–Close
